Aged Plain City Resident Dies
Stephen Cary, 78, Drops Dead Saturday Morning in Store – Funeral Service on Tuesday
Stephen Cary, aged 78 years, prominent retired farmer of Plain City, dropped dead of a heart attack Saturday morning in the Miller meat market in Plain City. He had been in good health, it was stated.
Mr. Cary is survived by three sons and two daughters: Monroe, of New Castle, Indiana; Frank and Wade, both members of the Uper Arlington police force, Columbus; Mrs. Grace Lewis, of Columbus, and Mrs. Ruth Murray, of Plain City.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2 p. m., in the Jay D. Ferguson funeral home in Plain City, conducted by Rev. H. C. Gunnett, pastor of the Plain City Methodist church. Burial will be made in Forest Grove cemetery near Plain City by Undertaker Ferguson.
